The hotel was fairly clean with large rooms. The room had attractive furnishings and the bed was great. The unbeatable location next to a cinema and various restaurants was convenient. The service during my stay was great. The facilities were clean and everything was very good.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Grand Rapids for one night. I was visiting for a PBR event and also wanted to do some shopping. The location was perfect, with Kohl's, Burlington Coat Factory, and TJ Maxx right next door, and Ulta and shoe stores across the street. The staff was incredibly friendly and gave great recommendations for dinner and a taxi service. The bed in my room was extremely comfortable, and everything was modern and clean. The breakfast was amazing, and I felt safe and secure during my stay. a great spot for shopping and exploring the area.

Great location for us staying for a wedding nearby. Always very clean.

The room was not serviced on our last might before checkout. the room was unoccupied for 12 hours while we were out. 11am to 11pm. when I went to the front desk, our room was on a list for having a privacy please card displayed. it was only displayed until we left the room at 11am. I received no satisfaction at the front desk. I did ask for and get fresh towels.
